About Me

I grew up in Enterprise, Alabama and  graduated from Enterprise High School.  I attended
Enterprise State Junior College, University of Maryland and Troy University.

I retired from the U.S. Army with over 20 years of active service. Duty stations included tours in
Berlin Germany, Vietnam, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Fort Rucker, Alabama,
Chicago, Illinois and Montgomery, Alabama.

My military service has given me a better understanding
of the special needs and requirements of the military family.

I have been a Realtor® for over 14 years and am a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute, a Certified Sales Professional and an American Warrior Real Estate Professional.

My wife, Judy, and I have been married for over 40 years and have two daughters,
 5 grand children and a great-grand daughter.

For the past 30 years I have hosted a Southern Gospel Music program on WLWI 92.3 FM in Montgomery. I have been chosen as the Southern Gospel Favorite Medium Market Disc Jockey by the fans of The Singing News. I was also selected as the recipient of the Golden Mic award.

My community activities include acting as master of ceremonies at numerous gospel music concerts, parades, sporting events and community events.  I have been the stadium announcer for the
Stanhope Elmore High School Mustangs foot ball games and the Millbrook Junior Football League Mustangs.

I have been a member and an officer of the Millbrook J.C.'s, Millbrook Men's Club, the Kiwanis Club and the Millbrook Revelers Mardi Gras Krewe.
